2 bags white chocolate chips
1 dozen large fresh strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Place white chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a microwavable bowl. Heat gently until chocolate is melted. Hold each strawberry by the leaves and gently dip into the chocolate, and place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chocolate is hardened. White Chocolate Strawberries can be served alone, or arranged on top of Strawberry Wedding Cake.
