1 10.25 oz brownie mix
1/3 c butter, cut into pieces
1 egg
2 tbsp whipping cream
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 c Heath bar chips

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare brownie mix with butter and egg. Spray a mini-muffin tin with PAM. Add a tbsp of dough to each muffin cup, and press in lightly. Bake according to package directions, for about 7-8 minutes, or till just done. Cool completely. Simmer the cream in a small saucepan. Remove from heat & add chips, stirring until blended. Dip tops of tarts into glaze, then into the Heath bar chips. Enjoy!!

This can be done with regular brownies as well. Just bake the brownies & dip tops in glaze and toffee. You might need to double the glaze recipe.
