1 lb Velveeta cheese (slice or cube)
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
15 1/2 oz can yellow corn undrained
15 1/2 oz can kidney beans undrained
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilis, undrained
14 1/2 oz can Mexican tomatoes (Ro Tel), undrained
1 pkg taco seasoning mix

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker or double boiler.
Cover and cook until cheese has melted and ingredients are cooked through.
Serve with corn chips.
