1 pound ground beef
3 large onions
2 cups celery
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
350º oven
Fry meat until done, drain grease.
Chop onions and celery into large cubes (about 1/2 to 3/4 inches in diameter)
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake, stirring occasionally, 2 hours or until rice and vegetables are tender.
