1 pkg (5 oz) craisins
24 frozen rolls, thawed but cold; these are the yeast rolls that you can find in the frozen food section that need to rise and be cooked.
1/4 C butter, melted
1 C sugar, divided
2/3 C (6 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 T fresh orange juice
1 T grated orange peel
1 T grated lemon peel
1 C powdered sugar
5 tsp fresh lemon juice

Press about 1 tsp craisins into each thawed roll.
Place rolls into a 9"x13" pan coated with cooking spray.

Combine the melted butter, 1/2 C sugar, cream cheese and orange juice.
Blend well and pour over the rolls.

Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size (about 2 to 3 hours).

Combine remaining 1/2 C sugar, orange and lemon rinds and any remaining craisins.
Sprinkle this mixture over the risen rolls.

Bake immediately in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until rolls in center are done.

Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Drizzle over rolls.

Personal Notes:
This is a wonderful recipe that is made easy using pre-made rolls. Easily passed off as 'home-made', even by people who would rather play with nieces and nephews than cook.
