1 1/2 lb. pork or chicken
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. corn starch
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 small green pepper, sliced
(1 small onion, sliced)
cooked rice or egg noodles

To large saucepan over med - high heat add: liquid from can of pineapple, water, vinegar, brown sugar,
Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tbsp. soy sauce. Slowly stir in 2 tbsp. corn starch and heat and stir until clear.

Mix 2 tbsp. of corn starch with 2 tbsp. soy sauce in bowl. Cut chicken or pork into bite-sized pieces and stir into starch/soy sauce mix until coated. Saute meat into a large skillet with a little oil along with onion if desired. Add to sauce along with pineapple chunks and green pepper slices.

Serve over rice or egg noodles.
