1Lb butter
1c boiling water
1 T instant coffee
2 1/4c sugar
18 oz semi sweet chocolate
9 eggs,
coco powder

Directions:
Place on oven rack 1/3 way up from bottom.
Bake at 250 F f(130) for 2 hours.

Butter bottom and sides of spring form pan. Flour bottom and dust with coco powder.
(any baking pan will do if you don’t have a spring form pan, however, you will not be able to remove the cake from the pan to serve).

In a 4qt.(3.8l) sauce pan – melt the following:
1Tbs instant coffee and 1c boiling water or 1c regular coffee
1lb butter
2 1/4c sugar
18 oz semi sweet chocolate

Put in a large bowl and beat until smooth
Beat 9 eggs and gradually add to chocolate – stirring constantly

Pour into pan and bake for 2 hours. Turn off oven and leave cake in for an additional ½ hour. Cool and freeze
