1 Tbsp melted butter
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups steamed broccoli

Sauce:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 10oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 10ozcan Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tsp. juice
1 tsp. chili powder or curry powder
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
grated parmesan cheese to taste
1 cup uncooked rice.

Cook rice as per package directions substituting chicken broth or bouillon for plain water for added flavor.

In a large bowl combine melted butter, soups, chili or curry powder, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Set sauce aside.

Layer cooked rice on bottom of buttered 9 inch (23cm) baking dish. Top rice with broccoli, then chicken.

Pour sauce over top of chicken layer to cover. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and buttered bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese to taste.
Bake at 350 (180C) for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly and top is golden brown.
