Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2c Ketchup or tomato sauce
1 medium onion chopped
1/2c brown sugar packed
1/4c cider vinegar
1/4c butter
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp minced garlic
2 lb beef, thinly sliced, cut into strips
1T Worcestershire Sauce
2T prepared mustard
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all sauce ingredients. Stir in beef, cover and cook over low heat 2-3 hours or until beef is tender and can be pulled.

Serve on cut buns as open faced sandwiches.
