1 yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs

ICING:

1 bowl cool whip
1 large instant vanilla pudding
1 can drained crushed pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º
for 30 to 35 minutes.

ICING:

Mix all ingredients together spread on cool cake.
