1 lb. diced pork
2 Tbs. oil
3 medium onions
3/4 cup beef, chicken or pork broth
salt & pepper
paprika
1/2 cup pureed tomatoes
3/4 cup cream or half-and-half
1/3 lb. mushrooms
1/4 lb. cocktail sausages
Directions:
Directions:
Toss the pork in flour and brown in the oil. Dice the onions finely and brown. Add paprika, salt and pepper, broth and tomatoes and simmer for half an hour.

Add cream, mushrooms and cocktail sausages, season and thicken with corn flour.

Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
