2 T yeast,
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T butter, melted and cool,
1/4c warm water,
2c flour,
3/4c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast, sugar and water in a bowl mixing with finger. Set aside for 5 minutes. Keep warm until foamy. Add salt. Mix butter with flour using fingers. Make a well in the center of flour mixture and pour in yeast. Mix with fingers. Add milk until it makes a nice dough. Knead until soft. Leave 2 hours covered with damp warm cloth, put a little oil on top. Roll out on a floured surface. Top with sauce and toppings.

I prick the crust and bake until firm but not browned prior to topping with sauce and toppings. It makes a more cooked crust under the sauce.
