1/2 stick butter
4 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
4 T. milk
Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
4-6 Pork Chops

Directions:
Directions:
Blend egg, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Put stuffing in a separate bowl. Coat pork chops with stuffing, dip in egg mixture, and coat again with stuffing. Place pork chops in 13 x 9 pan. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Turn pork chops over and bake for 30 minutes more.

This recipe is also great with thinly sliced chicken fillets. They require less cooking time (30-40 minutes total) and don't usually need to be turned over during baking.
