1 pinch minced garlic
1/2 c. lemon juice (concentrated)
1/4 c. olive oil Vermouth (wine) (beer)
1 c. soy sauce
6 lbs. chicken wings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients, pour over chicken, let soak 1 1/2 hours. Pour off excess liquid (save). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. At each 1/2 hour, baste with saved liquid. Pour off excess liquid. Brown 10 minutes or so and serve.
