1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 eggs beaten
1 large bag of frozen broccoli cuts
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. of black pepper
1 stick melted butter
1 sleeve of Ritzę crackers, crushed

In a bowl, mix together the soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, pepper and cheese. Fold in broccoli.
In a separate bowl, mix crackers and butter.

Put broccoli mixture in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with Ritzę cracker mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 375║. Enjoy!
