1/2 lb. wide noodles
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 pint sour cream
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
6-8 eggs (example, 6 jumbo or 8 large eggs)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup slivered almonds
corn flake crumbs

Directions:

Boil wide noodles and drain. Combine the noodles with the cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, butter, 1/4 cup sugar and raisins. Put noodle mix in greased lasagna pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Beat eggs lightly. Add 1/3 cup sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Pour over noodles. Sprinkle lightly with corn flake crumbs, cinnamon and almonds.

Bake 1 hour or until brown. Let stand until cool.
