2 bunches green onions, diced
1 bunch fresh cilantro, diced
3 med. tomatoes, diced
1 small can chopped black olives
1 small can diced jalapeņos
1 small can diced green chilies
15 oz. tomato sauce
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips of your choice. Makes about 2 quarts.

At home, I prefer to put all ingredients in my food processor to speed up the process. At school we use this for practicing food sanitation and knife skills. It is a great lab to practice avoiding cross-contamination.
