1/3 sm. pkg. Minute Rice cooked
2-5 oz cans boned chicken (cooked chicken breasts)
1 can chicken with rice soup ( broth from chicken)
1 can cream chicken soup (do not add water)
1 can Chow Mein noodles
1 cup cooked celery
1 cup diced cooked carrots
1 lrg can Pet Evaporated Milk

Directions:

cook and cut up chicken into pieces
Mix all ingredients together except milk
Pour into buttered casserole
Pour milk over mixture and bake 1 hour at 350
