1 large pkg. orange jello
3 1/2 cups water
16 marshmallows (quartered)
1 -2 1/2 lb. size apricots ( well drained and diced)
1-9 oz. can crushed pineapple (save juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and marshmallows in boiling water.
Chill until slightly stiff. Fold in fruit

Frosting
1/4 c sugar 1&1/2 T corn starch 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1 egg ( beaten well) 1 c whip cream
Mix sugar corn starch and salt
Add juice and egg
Cook until thick, stir constantly
When cool fold in whipped cream
Place frosting in center in jello before serving
