4 oz. chicken (julienne), 4 oz. sausage, cooked and cut into coins,1 tbsp. soppresatta (italian hard salami) chopped,1 tbsp. butter,1 tsp. parsley,1/8 tsp. hot pepper flakes,1/4 red pepper, roasted and julienned,2 oz. red table wine,6 oz. heavy cream,1 lb. cooked fettucine or bowtie pasta,1/4 c. parm. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet add butter, parsley and red pepper flakes.
When butter melts add the chicken, sausage and soppresata.
Saute until sausage browns nicely and chicken is fully cooked.
Add roasted peppers and season with salt.
Deglaze with red wine, reduce slightly and add the cream.
Add the cooked pasta and finish with the parmigano cheese.
Toss until it coats the pasta.

Let it sit for several minutes before serving, this way the liquid's really stick to the pasta. Serve with fresh italian bread and or garlic bread.
