1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef

2/3 c. ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown suga
1 1/2 tsp. mustard

In a large bowl, whisk egg and milk. Stir in the cheese, oats onion and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 8 little loaves and place in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon over loaves.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-35 minutes until meat thermometer reads 160.
