1 1/2 cup cooked rice- cold
1 small onion - grated
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp curry
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp white pepper
2 1/2 lbs shrimp - cooked and peeled
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3/4 cup raisins
6 strips bacon

Mix together and heat throughly

350 for 30 minutes

Sprinkle crispy bacon pieces on top before serving.
