2 lb. of walleye fillets
2 T. lemon juice
2 green peppers, sliced
2 tsp. salt
2 onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. melted butter
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash fish and pat dry with paper towel.
Cut into serving sized pieces
Cut pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil and grease lightly.
Place portion of fish on foil and top with green peppers and onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour sauce over fish.
Bring foil up over food and close all edges with tight double folds.
Place packages on grill over medium heat for 5-8 minutes. (Can also be placed in 350º oven)Fish should be white and flake easily.
