5 pounds cooked jumbo shrimp
1 (4 oz.) jar capers, drained (cannot remember if I used these)
2 medium white onions, sliced
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
2 tsp. celery seed (cannot remember if I used these)
3 lemons, thinly sliced
1 bottle Kraft House Italian dressing

Directions:
Layer a 9x13 baking dish with one third each of shrimp, capers, onion slices, celery seed, and lemon slices. Repeat layers twice. Pour dressing over. Cover and chill. Best if chilled for several hours.
