10 lbs. ground turkey
1 onion, diced
4 cans mushrooms
2 c. ketchup
1 stalk celery, cut up very small
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 T. mustard
1/2 t. salt
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce


Condiments:
shredded cheese
black olives
sour cream
oyster crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat set aside, in same pan cook onions. Return meat to pan a very large pan with the onions and add remainder of the ingredients.
2. Simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with condiments in small bowls by the chili.
