Basil Garlic Butter:
1 cup butter, softened
2 tbsp. fresh basil
4 cloves garlic, pasted well
dash of salt

Herbed & Flavored Butters
1 c. butter, softened
Your choice of herbs, additives and seasoning to taste.

Basil & chives
Parsley & chives
Onion (minced) & Garlic (pasted)
Parmesan (grated) & Garlic (pasted)
Tarragon & Thyme
Sage, Rosemary & Thyme
Mint & Lemon
Ground Pepper & Garlic
Sage & Onion

For Seafood:
1 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. dill weed
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Herbed Butter for Beef
1 c. butter (unsalted)
4 cloves garlic, minced & pasted
1/4 c. dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. onion powder
salt & pepper to taste.
