4 - beef eye round steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 8 oz. each)

Marinade & Sauce:
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sweet paprika
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all marinade/sauce ingredients except mayonnaise in small bowl; mix well. Divide mixture in half. Place beef steaks and 1/2 mixture in food-safe plastic bag; turn steaks to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight. Stir mayonnaise into remaining 1/2 of mixture for sauce; cover and refrigerate.
2. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Place steaks on grid over medium heat. Grill, uncovered, 19-23 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning occasionally. Season steaks with salt, as desired. Serve with sauce.
