4 tbsp. margarine
2 cups carrots, sliced
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
1/2 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 can evaporated milk
6 cups cooked chicken
1 1/2 lb. egg noodles (cooked)(homemade style)
9 cups hot water
3 tbsp. chicken soup base

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in large pot. Add in carrots, onion, and celery. Cook until fork tender. Stir in flour and garlic salt, seasoning salt, pepper, and parsley. Mixture will be thick.
Add can of evaporated milk. Stirring frequently, heat on medium heat until mixture is thickened. Add in chicken and noodles. Dissolve soup base in hot water. Add to rest of mixture. Heat until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
