1 qt. milk
1 cake yeast
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
flour to mix

Directions:
Directions:
I make half of this recipe. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Mix sugar and Crisco, add salt. Pour milk/yeast mixture into sugar/Crisco mixture. Beat eggs slightly and add to mixture in large bowl. Stir and add flour, mixing until soft dough forms. Let it raise until double, punch down and let raise again. Make into rolls and let them raise. Bake at 375º for 20-30 min. Cool on a rack.

Editor's note: These are the rolls Mom makes for Easter and Christmas. Mom says Aunt Millie made these and said that they were so light they nearly flew off the pan.
