Fruit Pizza Recipe

Crust
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

Sauce
4 oz cream cheese softened
2 ½ T sugar
½ tsp vanilla

Glaze - optional
1 T cornstarch
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup orange juice
¾ cup pineapple juice ( use juice saveed from canned pineapple)

Choice of fruits: strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, pineapple and any other you want them to try.

Directions:
Crust: Mix margarine, sugar, egg, salt, and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, and cream of tarter, and add to batter. Press or roll out onto a pizza pan. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

Sauce: Blend Cream cheese, 2 ½ T sugar and vanilla together. Spread over cooled crust.

Clean and prepare fruit. Arrange fruit on top.

Glaze: Mix ingredients in a small pan. Cook until thick. Cool slightly. Pour evenly over fruit. Refrigerate
Cut and serve.
