1 stick butter at room temperature
2/3 c. cocoa powder
3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and cocoa with electric mixer. Add the sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat on low speed until the frosting is fluffy. Add more milk 1 tbsp. at a time if frosting is too thick. If frosting is too thin add more powdered sugar a little at a time.
