3 - 16 oz cans chili (or the equivalent amount of homemade chili)
1 lb bag of Fritos
1 8 oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium chopped onion (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chili in large non-stick pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.

In large bowl, pour in Fritos. Pour warmed chili on to Fritos. Top with cheese.

Serve with chopped onions if desired.
