1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, mashed and minced
2 T oil
large can (1 lb., 12 oz) can stewed tomatoes – processed in food processor
4 1/2 c. water
1 ½ tsp. chicken bouillon soup base
1 ½ tsp. beef bouillon soup base
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
two dashes hot sauce
1 (10 oz.) can chilies and tomatoes
12 oz. cooked chicken breast

sour cream
shredded cheddar
tortilla strips or chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients and saute in large pot until onions are tender and transparent. Add processed tomatoes. Add the next 10 ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with sour cream, cheese, and chips.
