1 cup cubed ham
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/3 cup chopped green onions
½ tsp. dry mustard powder
½ tsp. black pepper
1 3/4 cups shredded Cheddar
cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Stir in the ham, hash browns, green onions, dry mustard, pepper, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Pour into 1 gallon zip loc bag. Place remaining 3/4 cup cheese in qt. size zip loc bag. Staple to large bag. Freeze. Thaw completely. Pour into 7x11” pan. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven 25 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese on top, and continue baking for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven, and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
