1 1/2 C Wesson Oil
2 C sugar

2 eggs
3 C diced apples
3 C flour
1 t soda
1/3 t salt
1 t Cinnamon
1 t vanilla
1 C pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the oil and sugar then add eggs, apples flour, soda,salt, cinnamon, vanilla and nuts.

Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours or for 1 hour according to thickness of cake.
