1 Package of Fudge Brownie Mix
1 14 oz package of caramels
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1-1/4 cups coarsely chopped pecans
2 8 oz packages cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten lightly
2 squares semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Place pan on a baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. (leave oven on)
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the caramels with the milk. Pour over brownie crust; sprinkle with pecans. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in chocolate. Pour over pecans. Bake for 35-40 min.

After baking, cool pan on a wire rack for 10 min. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen it. Cool for 1 more hour. Refrigerate overnight.
