Pastry for double crust pie.

2 c. fresh/frozen huckleberries
2 c. fresh/frozen blueberries
4 c. grated tart apples
2 to 2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 to 1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter or margarine

Crumb Topping

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar (white, brown or combination of both)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. oatmeal
1 cube butter, melted

Prepare pastry and line bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Combine remaining ingredients except butter; mix lightly. Pour into prepared crust. Dot with butter. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Top with crumb crust. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes.

Crumb Topping

Mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Add beaten egg. Add oatmeal. Add melted butter and dot mixture over top of pie.
