12 cucumbers
4 onions cut up
3/4 cup salt
1 quart vinegar
6 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp. tumeric
1 tbls. mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, seed and cut up 12 cucumbers and 4 ions and sprinkle with 3/4 cup salt and cover with water. Let stand over night. In the morning drain.

Bring to a boil 1 quart vinegar. Mix together 6 cups sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp. tumeric and 1 tbls mustard and 1 tsp celery seed. Make a thick paste by adding 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup vinegar.

Add cucumbers to mustard mixture and boil 5-10 minutes longer.

Immediately pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
