4 eggs, separated
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar

3 T. vanilla
2 1/2 pint containers of whipped cream

1 quart milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the egg yolks and whipped cream in a blender. Add the sugar slowly until it is blended. Place in a sauce pan over low heat and cook til frothy. Allow to cool completely. Beat the egg whites till stiff peaks form and blend in the cooled sugar mixture and vanilla. Pour into the ice cream freezer and add 1 quart of milk or enough to fill the container 1/2 to 2/3 full. Follow the directions for your ice cream freezer.
