60 Ritz Crackers (crushed)
1 Cube Butter or Margarine (melted)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 (6 oz.) Can Frozen Orange Juice (thawed)
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 Small Cans Mandarin Oranges (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers finely, add melted butter and sugar. Press 3/4 of cracker mixture into a 9X13 pan. Mix thawed juice and condensed milk together. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges. Do not beat. Pour mixture over crumb crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze.
You can use Vanilla Wafers instead of the Ritz Crackers if you like.
