4 Eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 T. Sugar
1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Milk
1/3 c. Butter, melted

Directions:
Mix in order given. Beat well. Bake on hot griddle. Serve with sugar, syrup or lingonberries. These are supposed to be very thin pancakes.

This is Del's mother's recipe and our children (and everyone who eats them) love these pancakes. The grandchildren request them every morning for breakfast when they stay with us.
