1 Egg White
1 tsp. Water, cold
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Sugar
1 lb. Pecans, whole

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Mix in salt and sugar. Add pecans and stir until well coated. Pour onto a buttered jelly roll pan. Bake at 225º for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
