1 pkg. Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1 small can Sauerkraut, drained
1 T. Thousand Island Dressing
8 thin slices (4 oz.) Corned Beef
2 slices Swiss Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch strips

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll crescent roll dough; separate into 8 triangles. Combine sauerkraut and dressing. Place 1 slice corned beef across wide end of triangle. Spread 2 T. kraut on corned beef. Top with 2 strips of cheese. Roll up beginning at wide end of triangle. Bake on ungreased sheet at 375º for 10 -15 minutes. Serve hot.
