1 cup peanut butter
1 cup coconut milk
½ p soy sauce
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
¼ cup dry sherry
½ tsp. Tabasco
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until peanut butter smooth, stirring constantly (~12 minutes). Pour over penne; add red and green peppers, green onions, shredded carrots.

Toss and top with peanuts.

Add chopped chicken breasts or shrimp.
