1/3 cup apple juice
1/3 cup maple syrup
3T soy sauce
2T finely chopped onion
Two minced garlic cloves
4 Salmon Fillets (2 pounds)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Remove 1/2 cup for basting; cover and refrigerate. Poor the remaining into a large reusable plastic bag. Add salmon; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for one to three hours. Drain and discard marinade. Broil salmon 4 in. from the heat for 5 minutes. Baste with reserve marinade. Broil 10 more minutes or until salmon is done.
