Ham Ball Mixture:

1 ½ lb. ham ball meat mixture
1 egg
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs

Sauce:

1/2 can tomato soup
1/4 c. vinegar
¼ c + 2 T brown sugar
2 3/4 tsp. dry mustard



Directions:
Directions:
Meatballs: Beat egg slightly; add meat and graham cracker crumbs. Add milk if necessary to moisten. Form into 12 balls using ¼ cups and place in pan.

Sauce: Combine and pour over ham balls. Cover with foil.

Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Uncover and bake 45 minutes longer.
