4 T sliced green onions
1 garlic clove
2 T margarine
4 cups chicken breasts
1 T chili powder
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. picante sauce
1 c. uncooked, long-grain rice
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
10 flour tortillas

In a medium saucepan, bring rice and 2 ¼ cups broth to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in
1 1/4 cups picante sauce. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes or until rice is tender. In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic in margarine until tender. Stir in chicken, chili powder, ¼ cup broth, and 3/4 cup picante sauce. Heat through; set aside.
Stir in chicken mixture. Add 2 c. cheese. Spoon ¾ cup filling, off center, on each tortilla. Fold in sides and ends over filling, then roll up. Arrange burritos in ungreased 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with picante sauce and cheese.
