3- cups mashed sweet potatoes
1- cup sugar
2- eggs
1- Tbsp. vanilla
1/2-cup butter or margarine

Topping
1-cup brown sugar, packed
1/2- cup flour
1-cup butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, sugar,eggs,vanilla and butter thoroughly. Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Mix all topping ingredients together with a fork. Sprinkle crumbs on top of casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350º. This freezes well, just thaw and bake.
