1 egg, beaten
2 T Parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded.
3 T Margarine, melted
4 Slices mozzarella cheese
2 cups marinara/spaghetti sauce

Mix Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together in a bowl. Dip chicken breasts into beaten egg and then into bread crumb mixture. Place breaded chicken on parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees in convection oven until juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink.

Transfer chicken to foil pan. Place slice of mozzarella cheese on each chicken breast and cover each breast with ½ cup marinara sauce.

Cover with foil. Freeze.
