2 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Margarine, melted
1/2 c. Light Corn Syrup
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soda
1 T. Vanilla
7 1/2 qt. Popped Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Place margarine, sugar, corn syrup and salt in a large heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add soda and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Pour over popped corn in a large bowl; stir to coat kernels well. Place in two 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pans. Bake at 200º for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. When cool, place in covered containers.

Be careful when adding soda to syrup as it foams up. Be sure your saucepan is large.
